Center Field

While completing her undergraduate degree at Marist College, Mackenzie was a member of the school’s sports publication— Center Field. During her four years, Mackenzie was the beat writer for the women’s lacrosse team, producing game recaps, previews, features and news concerning the team. She also worked on other features on multiple other sports, and helped to break campus-wide news of incidents such as domestic violence and sexual assault.
